Smart Contact Export

When you find the right company to target, Goava will enrich your CRM with the contacts you need.

This feature is part of our premium Engage package. If you do not see it included in your current plan, please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.

 

You have two options for exporting contacts. Firstly, you can personalize your export settings within your account by selecting the key decision-makers that are most relevant to you. These chosen contacts will be automatically transferred to your CRM each time you qualify a company, streamlining the process for greater efficiency. Alternatively, you can manually select which contacts to export to the CRM directly from the People view.

 

Below, we will guide you through both methods:

Smart export default settings:  

1. Navigate to your account settings in the top right corner, click on "Settings" in the menu.  



2. Select the categories you wish to export to your CRM from the dropdown menu, note that you can choose up to two categories.

 

3. Here’s an example of how it appears once you have chosen two categories:

 

Now you’re all set! Whenever you qualify a company, the contacts from the selected categories will be automatically imported and linked to the company in your CRM.

Smart export possibilities in People tab: 


You can also export contacts directly from the People view. To do this, simply check the box next to the contact you wish to include, and then click the qualify button to import them into your CRM.
