Lime CRM documentation

Information regarding Goava's Lime CRM integration. How to install, troubleshoot and use it.

Getting started

Go to your settings in Goava, select Lime from the dropdown in Choose integration. This will open up the configurations.

Lime CRM configuration
Lime base URL This is the base URL from your Lime CRM, you can find it in your Lime API documentation.
API Token You can get your API token by following the instructions here or by contacting Lime Support

To sync companies from Lime CRM to lists in Goava you need to map Lime status to corresponding stages in Goava.

Customer stage Write the API names (comma-separated)) of the Lime statuses corresponding to customer, for example; active, customer
Qualified stage (optional) Write the API names (comma-separated)) of the Lime statuses corresponding to companies that don't have any ongoing sales projects, for example; prospect
Denied stage (optional) Write the API names (comma-separated)) of the Lime statuses corresponding to companies that you have lost deals or lost customers, for example; lost_customer, lost_deal
Ignored stage(optional) Write the API names (comma-separated)) of the Lime statuses corresponding to companies that aren't qualified for sales, for example; ignored, not_ready
Additional settings
Do you want to create a task when a company is exported? (optional) Yes/No. If you select yes, then we will create a task for you associated with the object you exported to contact the company.
Revenue (optional) Type in the API name of the field that you want to populate with revenue
Number of employees (optional) Type in the API name of the field with number of employees

 

After you have entered the configuration you are done and click Connect. Then you can click on the Sync companies button to start importing all companies from Lime to Goava. This operation might take a few hours depending on how many companies you have in Lime.

Qualifying companies

When you qualify a company in Goava it will directly create a company in Lime.
When exporting the following data will be populated:

  • Company name

  • org. nr/CVR/Business ID

  • Website

  • Phone number

  • Visiting street

  • Visiting zip code

  • Visiting town

  • Country code

  • Company owner (user that qualified)
  • Revenue (if mapped)
  • Number of employees (if mapped)
  • Company status (if mapped)
  • Company situation (if mapped)

 

Duplicates logic

When exporting from Goava we always check for duplicates based on organization number/CVR/Business ID on top of the duplicate logic you already have defined in Lime - so if it already exists we won't create a duplicate.

 

Mapping of companies

When we sync your companies from Lime to Goava we map them to lists in Goava based on their status in Lime. This configuration is made by you in the settings. Otherwise everything will land in the Qualified list in Goava.

 

Export of contacts

You can export contacts from Goava and create a new contact associated with the company with one click.

Export of stories

If you find a news story or recruitment posting that you find interesting you can export them as a note on the company by clicking on Export article.
