Accessing your premium settings
You can access your settings from the link at the bottom section of your app panel in the CRM if you're a Goava Enrich admin.
After the settings have loaded, switch to the "Customize data import" tab.
Data updates
Goava Enrich can automatically update your CRM data whenever the data is updated in our databases. You can control how these updates pass through your CRM with your settings.
Automatically update data
You can toggle automatic updates on/off and control if you want updates on all or some companies.
If you select Update All companies all matched companies will be automatically updated.
If you select Update Some companies you can set up a criteria based on a field from the company object along with the values from that field that means that those companies should have automatic updates, for example, your customers.
Update all matched companies (only for Hubspot)
At the bottom of the screenshot above you can see a button labeled "update all matched companies", this is only visible for Hubspot customers, and what it does is that it bulk updates all companies in Hubspot as a one-time operation. If you have any filter criteria set up in Update all/some companies it will adhere to those filters.
So this is typically something you do when you're a new customer looking to update all companies to get started, and the updates will come automatically if you have automatic updates toggled on.
Our lead scoring - Goava Score (Premium Add-on)
A powerful feature from our Discover platform is now available in Enrich. Goava Score is an advanced lead scoring model designed to provide automatic scoring for all your CRM records. It assesses various factors, such as industry similarities, revenue, employee count, profitability, website keywords, and utilized web technologies, among others.
To generate the Goava Score, we analyze a foundational set of companies to establish a Score profile. Once this profile is created, Enrich gains insights into the types of customers you seek and can assign scores to other companies based on their alignment with this profile—it's like magic!
You have the flexibility to map the field that will be populated with the Goava Score and to specify the criteria for the companies to be included in the scoring base. A great starting point is to base this on your existing customers, but you can also focus on a subset that represents your highest-value clients, for example.

Data update frequency
Our data is updated daily and changes will instantly reflect in your CRM after being updated in Goava. Most updates come in the morning hours.
Mapping your data imports
Data write and overwrite
For each data point, you can select if you want to overwrite or not by toggling overwrite on/off.
If overwrite is enabled Goava will update and overwrite existing data in the fields you map for import.
If overwrite is disabled Goava will only update data if the field is empty or the value in the current value in the field is equal to the previous(old) data from Goava. For example, if a company is moving from Kungsgatan 1 to Drottninggatan 1 and the current value in the field is Kungsgatan 1, we will update it - but if the current value was Box 126 we will not update it.
If you don't want a field to be updated/overwritten, select "Skip" in your data import mapping.
