Account-Level Qualification Criteria

Manage your sales strategies more effectively with the ability to set qualification criteria directly from the Settings page. This empowers teams to customize their lead qualification process by answering qualification questions typically asked by sales reps in a discovery call automatically, but instead of you doing the heavy lifting, you can let AI do it.
Get answers on every company dashboard you view on questions such as "Do they sell B2B?", "Do they have complex sales cycles?", without breaking a sweat.

Custom List Management

Now you can easily include or exclude custom lists (team filters) within a shared segment. This flexibility enhances collaboration and ensures your segments are precisely tailored to fit your team's strategies.

Improved Goava Score

We've incorporated qualification criteria into our Goava Score so that the qualification criteria actually impact the Goava Score.
Additionally, we've made improvements so that Goava Scores across all views—regardless if it's thumbnails or quick view, remain the same.

Optimized Search UI for technology filter

An improved search interface within the technology filter offers faster performance and enhanced stability, making it easier than ever to find the information you need.

Segment name in your CRM

Gain insights into your sales pipeline with the segment name export. Now, you can track which list or segment initiated a company's qualification, allowing for better CRM integration and strategic assessment in your CRM.
You can measure winrate or average deal value by Goava Segment, directly in your CRM.
Set up the field mapping in your CRM configuration to get started (for admins), currently available for Hubspot, Salesforce, Lime, and with the remaining CRMs to follow.
